We want to be sure you’re happy with your Headwaymade product. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 100 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, unused and is still in its original packaging.
Headway’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items within a 100 day trial period. We extend a 2-year brand warranty on all headway made goods, however in case the product has been purchased on Headway’s official website, you can get a refund within 100 days of purchase. Headway products purchased from any other platform or offline store can only be replaced in case you face a manufacturing malfunction and it will not be eligible for a refund.
There is a simple two-step return process:
Fill out the form in exchange or return with details of your order and a picture of the product.
Pack the product for a reverse pick-up.
Please note customised products cannot be returned.
After the reverse pick-up, we run a quality check on the product, you can expect the refund shortly after passing the quality check. In case of an exchange, your replacement will be shipped after passing the quality check. Kindly note all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on Headway’s official website within the specified exchange or warranty period, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
If you choose to exchange an item purchased by you on Headway’s official website for any other item of the same or different value. In such case, if the exchanged item is of a higher value, differences in amount will be charged and if the exchanged item is of a lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to you post successful pick up of the original item from you.
Applicable refund for exchange will be triggered post successful pick of original item from you.
Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes that are serviceable for an exchange.
Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select a single item for exchange. While Customers can exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange requests for each of the items.
Headway reserves the right to restrict the exchange of the items if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Headway’’s sole discretion.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Headway does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. We do not accept returns on customized products.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on Headwaymade.com for the correct item.
Headwaymade does not price match with dealers or competitors.
