Exchange And Return Policy
Headway’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. We extend a 2-year brand warranty on all headway made goods, however in case the product has been purchased on Headway’s official website you can get a refund within a month of purchase, however, headway products purchased from any other platform or offline store can only be replaced and it will not be eligible for a refund.
Note: Exchange and Return not applicable for custom or personalised products but they are still covered under 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
There is a simple two-step return process:
- Fill out the form in exchange or return with details of your order and a picture of the product.
- Pack the product for a reverse pick-up.
After the reverse pick-up, we run a quality check on the product, you can expect the refund shortly after the quality check, in case of an exchange your replacement is shipped after a quality check. Kindly note all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
- If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on Headway’s official website within the specified exchange or warranty period, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
- If you choose to exchange an item purchased by you on Headway’s official website for any other item of the same or different value. In such case, if the exchanged item is of a higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if the exchanged item is of a lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to you post successful pick up of the original item from you.
- Applicable refund for exchange will be trigger post successful pick of original item from you.
- Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes that are serviceable for an exchange.
- Item cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select a single item for exchange. While Customers can exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange requests for each of the items.
- Headway shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Headway’’s sole discretion.
*There will be a little delay during the pick-up process and may take up to 10 days. Once the item is received at the warehouse, there will be a quality check of the product.
After passing the criteria for product replacement, we will replace the product. Kindly bear with us while we try to provide the service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
