The product is excellent only needs to have a small hole to let steam out as the steam is building inside & the lid is coming out automatically
The glasses are great, but the Java cup lids open up constantly because of the hot beverages inside. Making the cup leak.
The product quality is very superior and so is the design. Very comfortable to carry anywhere.
The only one thing needs Improvement is the lock clip which gets cracked and broken easily.
In my case I had ordered two and in one the clip was broken in transit and other broke in 2 days due to weak design and the plastic material used.
Also if I put hot water in it the lid automatically opens. There is design flaw in the product.
Rest the aesthetics are very attractive and a good product.
I want everyone to read this their beautiful design of jawa bloody doesn't work for what it is needed the most. The bloody lid keeps opening up without any effort when you use hot water. The design is completely flawed, I urge everyone or anyone to not buy till they correct as for their trial doesn't mean shit cos they don't have customer care and won't update you on refund. Thanks

Fantastic product ! Hot ( a 3 mins microwave) stays luke warm even after 7 hours. Let the steam out for 2-3 mins before the final jam.
The product is not leakage proof. Received the product yesterday. Regretting with the purchase. Local brand thermos are better than this. Very disappointed. How to apply for refund? Help needed.😔
